Overview
The ultimate 3 hour pilot adventure can be for beginners or for people who already have a little pilot flight time. This City Pilot Escape adventure flight is more challenging. It includes everything that the Pilot Adventure and the City Pilot Cruise packages have plus after flying up the lake shore to downtown Chicago you will use the aeronautical chart to navigate to Lake Lawn Lodge in Wisconsin where you can have lunch with your flight instructor on us. You receive: a “Pilot Adventure Flight Certificate”, Polaroid, question and answer time, subscription, and all of the other flight documentation, so your flight time will count towards any future pilot licensing. The lesson commences with ground training including a walk through an aircraft hanger, learning about: airplane maintenance, air-plane control, chart reading, and aviation weather reports. This briefing will help enable you to control the aircraft and find Lake Lawn Lodge via downtown Chicago . After the briefing the instructor will take you through the pre-flight inspection of the Cessna 172 training aircraft prior to you sitting in the pilot seat to get ready for your flight. Your instructor will help you through the start-up, taxiing and take-off before you take to the skies. Your flight will break at Lake Lawn Lodge in Wisconsin for lunch. During the 120 minutes flying you will be able to have hands on experience in flying and navigating the airplane.
